Diana DeHart
Co-Founder
Diana has a deep agricultural background rooted in northwest Missouri. She and her husband continue to operate their family grain and cow-calf farm, giving her firsthand insight into land, community, and the practical realities that shape local property decisions. Diana earned her degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri and has built a career in grain merchandising and business development with cooperatives, ADM, and ag-tech startups.
Through Hartland Real Estate Investments, Diana is committed to helping property owners find thoughtful, practical solutions for their real estate needs. Her focus is on connecting people with the right resources and opportunitieswhile supporting the continued strength and growth of the communities Hartland serves.
Diana is also deeply committed to serving her community. She has been involved as a Farm Bureau board member and an Independent Farmers Bank board member, and she is a strong supporter of FFA, 4-H, and youth educational programs that help develop the next generation of leaders in agriculture and rural communities. She is actively involved in her local church and is guided by a desire to serve others out of her love for the Lord.
Diana remains actively involved in agriculture, including raising cattle, farming, and training horses. Outside of her professional and agricultural work, she enjoys breakaway roping.
Lurinda Gilliland
Co-Founder
Lurinda has grown up and lives in northwest Missouri, investing in developing small businesses, agriculture, risk management, and lending. She and her husband operate a family grain and cow-calf farm. Lurinda earned two degrees from Northwest Missouri State University: a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Agricultural Business and Animal Science and a Master of Science in Agriculture with a focus on policy. In addition, she obtained a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.
Lurinda’s interest in growing opportunities for families in western Missouri is expanding to assisting property owners with their real estate needs. Her career and community involvement centers around helping others achieve their goals and build community all through her servant leadership heart. She loves supporting her family which includes three stepchildren and four grandchildren in their activities and interests. Lurinda loves to travel and golf with her husband.
